We work with a number of care operators and charities to:

 

  • Fund and develop specialised housing, allowing care providers to expand their reach and focus on what they do best.

  • Our collaboration helps them to delineate the roles of landlord and care provider, which is a key component in allowing people to live independently.​

We work with a number of specialist RP's in the sector:

​

  • We collaborate to ensure support, service charges and rents are signed-off and met by Housing Benefit.              

 

  • To provide sale and leaseback on existing portfolios that may need renovation, allowing them to maintain constant cashflow.

LOCAL AUTHORITIES

We work closely with Local Authority Commissioners:

​

  • Commissioners drive demand, they control referrals and ultimately our relationship with their local team is key.    

 

  • To ensure that the building specification is to their requirements and help them re-provision existing schemes.
